- your phone or WhatsApp number
- your city or country, if you give it
- the product details you enter: the product, its description, the quantity and your budget
- any photos you attach
- anything you write in the message box
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp instead, we receive what you send us there.
Why we use it
We use this information only to answer your request: to understand what you need, look for suppliers, prepare an offer and stay in touch with you about it.
To find a supplier, we may share the product details and photos with our partners and with manufacturers in China. We share your contact details only when your order needs it.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Where it goes
The form sends your request by email to CHINAALBA CONNECT's mailbox. The website and the form run on our web host's servers, and the form does not store your request on the website.
The WhatsApp and Google Maps links take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we need it to handle it and any business that follows from it. After that, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
